High school students had a meeting with Khachik Gevorgyan, the founder of “ARMACAD” today. “ARMACAD” is a research and education network, which was created by the Armenian Association for Academic Partnership and Support in 2007. The network provides an opportunity to learn about the educational, research and youth programs abroad. The meeting with the founder of “ARMACAD” Khachik Gevorgyan aimed at introducing the Lyceum students the opportunities and tools of continuing their education abroad.
The founder of the research and education network encouraged the high school students to continue their education in the best universities abroad by his own successful example, telling them a number of “secrets.” How to find an appropriate program? What documents are required? Where to find scholarships? These are the main issues that concern all those who’re going to continue their education in foreign institutions of higher education. Khachik Gevorgyan gave the Lyceum students advice for the successful implementation of this process, at the same time he assured that each of them could find a lot of programs in various spheres.
Summing up the meeting Zaruhi Ghaltakhchian, the High School Principal, expressed her hope that the information the undergraduates received from Khachik Gevorgyan’s lecture would be greatly helpful for them in the near future..
