Lyceum students, counselor-pedagogues, teachers and guests were present at the opening ceremony.
Group 1252 students Erik Ananyan and Ani Barseghyan were the speakers of the ceremony.
They truly noticed that Lyceum students were waiting for the traditional festival with excitement and enthusiasm, as each festival evidenced the new qualitative level of the educational complex. This festival is not an exception. A lot of interesting events are included in this year’s program.
Narine Qsajikyan, the president of the Lyceum Round Square Council and Candidate of Biological Sciences, introduced the Lyceum students’ achievements in the past academic year and expressed hope that the students wouldn’t be satisfied with their results, and they would strive for new heights as always.
Narine Qsajikyan handed diplomas, letters of thanks and certificates to the students who’d come back from various Olympiads and competitions with high results, as well as to some collaborators. The winners of the competition “Green Planet” from the schools in Armenia were also awarded diplomas.
The Lyceum children’s choir was on stage for the first time. The little students performed the song “Yerkir Hayreni” (teacher – Narine Davtyan). It turned out that the teachers also had their choir. Their debut received a warm welcome as well.
At the end of the opening ceremony the whole audience was dancing shoulder to shoulder: the Lyceum collaborators’ performance had been viral. They performed Mush and Karin dances “Qochari” and “Tsaghkadzori”.
