The first graders’ second research, which was devoted to the means of transport, successfully ended. It was full of interesting and meaningful work and games. The interest towards the means of transport stimulated the students to go to the library and find the answers to their questions in books as well. The educational group game concerning traffic rules was the most enthusiastic for the students.
The summative assessment task, a fairytale book illustration, motivated the students to invent a very unusual and non-existent vehicle that doesn’t pollute the environment. Then they tried to introduce their first book to their friends. The students listened to each other very attentively in order to compare the imaginary vehicle with the one they’d created and draw conclusions.
We’re sure our little inquirers will fully apply their research achievements in life.
