Admission to the First Grade of Primary School for the 2025-2026 Academic Year

Dear Parents
We would like to inform you that applications for admission to the first grade for the 2025-2026 school year will be accepted from March 10 to March 24, inclusive, through the online application registration system: https://www.shirakatsy.am/forms.

As a support, we kindly ask for your attention to the following important points:
- According to the admission rules, electronic copies of documents must be uploaded to the online application registration system between March 10 and 24, 2025, by 12:00 PM. (The link is also posted on the official Seminary website - orange button.)
- Please note that the application will be considered valid only if all documents marked with an asterisk (*) in the online application registration system are uploaded, including the applicant's child’s birth certificate, public service number (PSN) or a certificate confirming the absence of a PSN, the child's photo, and the examination fee receipt.
- Please be careful when entering your email address in the application and avoid any typos. Admission-related information will be sent to the email address you provide. If the address is incorrect, the information will not reach you.
- Upon successful submission of the application, the system will automatically send an email to the address you provided, confirming that your application has been successfully received. (Please also check your email's spam folder).
- Within 3 business days of receiving the application, a Primary School staff member will contact the applicant's parent by phone to inform them of the date and time of their child's testing.
Please note: If you have not received a confirmation email after submitting your application, or if you have any other technical questions regarding the application process, please contact the Admissions Coordinator, Anna Aghasyan, at 044640126. If you have not received a call from the Primary school within 3 business days after submitting your application, please contact the Primary school at 044640103.
P.S. Applications are accepted online only. The application system will be open from March 10 to 24, inclusive.
