National program
About High School
The National program of the High school is a two-year educational program aimed at the acquisition of basic knowledge and skills, the comprehensive study of subjects related to the future profession, ensuring the continuity of education, as well as the development of personal qualities of students.
The requirements of the RA state and subject standards, as well as the National educational program of the Lyceum, are applied in the Lyceum's High School National program.
The curriculum
The curriculum consists of intensive and basic learning.
Advanced study is a pre-university education system, which is aimed at comprehensively studying the content of subjects related to the future profession of the High School student, acquiring fundamental knowledge and skills, as well as ensuring the continuity of further education.
Basic learning is the process of studying the educational material provided by the student's own aspiration and self-selected subject program, gaining knowledge and experience. The quality of knowledge acquired in the process of self-study depends on the student's desire (motivation), self-organization skills, availability and volume of the studied material, as well as the correct guidance of the teaching teacher.

National program module
In High school, the educational process of students is organized according to their needs and preferences. Within the number of hours set by the curriculum, students can choose three advanced subjects in the 11th grade and two in the 12th grade.
In advanced studies, subjects are studied according to streams. The maximum number of students in the group is 12.Subjects with basic education are studied in 2-4 lessons. The maximum number of students in the group is 18.

Entrepreneurial activityEntrepreneurial activity is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful hands-on work based on the student's future career choice. This type of activity contributes to the comprehensive study of the field related to the future profession, to apply the acquired relevant knowledge and skills.
STEAMSTEAM is based on an interdisciplinary and applied approach, when 5 subject areas are united in one common educational system. It develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills accompanied by real-world application projects. It aims to stimulate students' curiosity and imagination, and improve the knowledge they need to become future scientists and engineers.
ArtArt teaching is carried out on the basis of Armenian national culture. It contributes to self-knowledge and self-expression of students, expansion of their horizons, development of imagination, analytical, analytical and creative thinking, mastery, creativity, performance-oriented learning activities, aesthetic and moral standards, formation of patriotic and humanitarian feelings towards life, the surrounding world, work to the manifestation of creative attitude.
PsychologyThe purpose of the subject is to form the necessary level of knowledge about communication, self-management, critical thinking, creativity. Present and formulate the possibilities of applying these skills in different areas of life (professional activities, interpersonal relationships, family relationships, etc.). Develop students' communication, self-management, critical thinking and creativity skills.
Work internshipAs part of work activities, 12th grade students in the second semester spend one study day a week in an organization belonging to their preferred field.
An internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful hands-on work related to the student's future career choice. This type of activity contributes to the comprehensive study of the field related to the future profession, to apply the acquired relevant knowledge and skills. Work activities give the employer the opportunity to bring new ideas to the workplace, develop human abilities and pave the way for future employees.
