40 Years of the Lyceum’s History
On November 26, our beloved Lyceum celebrated the 40th anniversary of its establishment, once again highlighting the path it has traveled, the values it has shaped, and the unique culture created collectively by its educational community.
The anniversary day began with a flower-laying ceremony at the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial, where the Lyceum community—teachers, students, alumni, and friends of the Lyceum—paid their respects to the memory of the innocent victims.
The next part of the day featured an engaging expo by Lyceum students and staff, showcasing their works, as well as diverse projects created by the various structures operating within the Lyceum. The exhibition once again emphasized the values that have been formed over the years and have become an integral part of the Lyceum’s identity.
One of the significant moments of the event was the presentation of the book “Where the Asphalt Ends,” dedicated to the Lyceum’s 40th anniversary. The book’s pages reflect the history of the Lyceum, the contributions of individuals who played an important role in its development, educational traditions, and the exceptional heritage created by the community over the years.
At the end of the day, a beautiful celebratory event took place on stage, where Lyceum students adorned the celebration with their performances and creative presentations. The event was accompanied by numerous congratulatory messages from alumni, members of the Lyceum community, and international partners, all of whom highly appreciated the Lyceum’s achievements and its educational mission.
