    • The 2005-2006 Republican Biology Olympiad is organized and held at the Lyceum.
    • The 2005-2006 Republican Mathematics Olympiad is organized and held at the Lyceum.
  • May
    • Primary school students dance in the Primary school's yard.
    • The sixth Republican Olympiad "Constitution and Law" is organized and held at the Lyceum.
    • With the initiative and participation of the Lyceum, the 40th International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad is organized and held in Yerevan.
    • Students Diana Muradova and Elen Gulnazaryan are recognized as the winners of the RA President's annual competition in the field of IT (information technologies) in the "Best Student of the Year" category.
    • The 1st Republican Open Olympiads for middle school students are organized and held in the Lyceum.
    • The "Last Bell" ceremony of the graduates of the Lyceum is taking place.
    • The Republican children's and youth theater festival "Pomegranate Seed" starts in the Lyceum, the theater studio presents Charles Perrault's "Cinderella".
  • June

    9 students of the Lyceum (painting teacher Vardan Ghumashyan) became the winners of the 34th international competition of children's paintings organized in Lidice, Czech Republic.

  • October
    • The Lyceum participates in the "Pan-Armenian" LOGOS - EXPO center 2006 specialized exhibition.
    • The Lyceum's parent council is established.
  • November
    • Vahe Torchyan takes the 2nd place in the "Youth Orator" competition of the 5th International Olympiad of the Russian language of the CIS and Baltic countries.
    • Narek Dshkhunyan won a 2nd class diploma in chemistry and a 2nd class diploma in the 4th International Scientific Olympiad of the CIS and Baltic States organized by the Moscow Institute of Open Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
    • The Lyceum publishes the book "Anania Shirakatsy" (author: Lilit Nazaryan), and the presentation of the book takes place within the framework of the "Shirakatsy Days" festival.
