In the international competition "Egypt through the eyes of children of the world" organized in Al Hazam, Egypt, 3 Lyceum students win a gold medal.

• The Lyceum becomes a member of the Association of International Baccalaureate Schools of the CIS countries.
• The delegation led by director Ashot Alikhanyan is participating in the 2nd conference of the International Baccalaureate Association of CIS countries in Krasnoyarsk.
• The 2007-2008 Republican Biology Olympiad is organized and held at the Lyceum.

• May 9 - the tradition of the meeting of graduates of different years of the Lyceum is being formed.
• Narek Dshkhunyan became the bronze medalist of the International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad.
• The 3rd Republican Open Olympiads are organized and held at the Lyceum for middle school students.
• Boston Armenian students are hosted for the second time at the middle school.
• The completion of the construction of the fence built by the initiative of the primary school's parent council is celebrated.
• The school participates in the specialized children's exhibition "World of Childhood" EXPO - 2008.
• The "Last Bell" ceremony of the graduates of the Lyceum is taking place.

• In 1994 Ludvig Petrosyan, a graduate, receives a special award from the RA President for his valuable research in the field of Physics.
• 2007-2008 gold medal winners are Varduhi Yeghiazaryan, Davit Mkoyan, Nare Muradyan, Narek Dshkhunyan, Lusine Margaryan.

• The director of the Lyceum, Ashot Alikhanyan, is awarded with the golden medal of the mayor of Yerevan.
• October 10 - the Republican children's and youth theater festival "Pomegranate Seed" starts in the Lyceum. The theater studio is performing "Style and Punishment" by M. Zoshchenko (director: Garik Ghazaryan).

With the solemnity it is celebrated the head of the Russian language department Marina Sheininyan's birthday.

• On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the primary school, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan encourages the staff of the Lyceum named after Anania Shirakatsy with a letter of gratitude.
• The 10-year jubilee celebration of the primary school of the Lyceum takes place in the auditorium of the Russian State Theater named after Stanislavsky.
