- The start of the "Shirakatsy Days"-2024 festival is announced in the ceremony hall of the Lyceum. Since its establishment, this is already the 13th festival that takes place with the participation of representatives of the Lyceum community.After the ceremonial part, students of the 2nd year of the Diploma program present their research in natural sciences.
- A memorandum of understanding is signed between "National Educational Center" CJSC and "Shirakatsy Lyceum" International Scientific-Educational Complex CJSC. The idea of the memorandum is to contribute to the development of a lifestyle ecosystem that promotes well-being, education and innovation.
- Through the mediation of Metaxe Hakobyan, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, the management of the Russian Parralel Z telegram channel, represented by Mr. Artur, organized a fundraising among the followers, as a result of which the funds raised were directed to the purchase of necessary supplies and equipment for the chemistry laboratory of the "Shirakatsy Lyceum" Scientific-Educational Complex of Artsakh.
- The students of the theater studio present the New Year's play "The Power of Unity". Authors of the script of the play: theater studio students Biyana Saghatelyan and Rima Manvelyan. The production is directed by Garik Ghazaryan, head of the theater studio.
- A memorandum of cooperation is signed between the Lyceum and the "Aren Mehrabyan" charitable foundation. The students of the final classes of the Lyceum will do their educational practice in specific fields at the "Aren Mehrabyan" charitable foundation. It will provide a great opportunity for students to make the right choice in choosing a future profession, develop their talent, and acquire theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Paruyr Sevak's 100th birthday is celebrated in the Lyceum. On the initiative of the Department of Armenian Language and Literature, the high school hosts "Sulamitha. Author, writer, literary critic Hovik Charkhchyan of the biographical novel "Sevak's Great Love".
- Jubilee events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the poet Paruyr Sevak continue in the Lyceum. High school students perform poems and songs written in his words during the "Power of Speech" performance. The guest of the event is director, actor, RA honored artist Davit Hakobyan.
- Dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Army, the students of the Primary School perform a festive song. The students of "Song Theater" present themselves with patriotic songs and united dances. The guests of the students are Narek Stepanyan and Gevorg Atikyan, who served in the border military unit of Kapan.

- An event under the title "Weapon is speech" is held in the high school dedicated to the Day of the Armenian Army, to which candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor, colonel Zarzand Asatryan is invited.
- The series of patriotic events carried out in the Lyceum is complemented by an event dedicated to the RA national hero Vahagn Asatryan of the middle school. Vahagn Asatryan's mother, Sima Petrosyan, and sister, Monika Petrosyan, were special guests of the event.
- A memorandum of cooperation is signed between "Shirakatsy Lyceum" International Scientific-Educational Complex and "Scientific Center of Zoology and Hydroecology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia".
- Within the framework of the theme "The world of my interests", the students of the 5th grade perform a number of stage numbers and performances, reflect on their favorite occupation.
- On the occasion of the birthday of poet and public-politician Vahan Teryan, on the initiative of the Department of Armenian language and literature, the students of the Lyceum's National program are hosting the poet's great-grandson, linguist, journalist Gevorg Emin-Terian.
- Middle school 6th grade students organize an event dedicated to the Carnival holiday. During the event, "Sutlik wedding" and a number of other performances are presented, many national songs, dances and games are performed, and the students of the Lyceum are treated with sweets.
- In Primary school, first graders study different holidays and celebrations as part of their research topic. One of those holidays is the Carnival itself, due to which Artsakh "Tsil" puppet theater is hosted to present Tumanyan's "Carnival" fairy tale."Carnival" is an interactive performance, during which the characters, the puppets, are in live contact with the audience, which ensures students' direct participation in the performance.
- The Armenian Apostolic Church celebrates Tearnandaraj. The Lyceum students also celebrate it with national song and dance, feasting, and flying over fire.
- Today is the 100th anniversary of the legendary hero, famous explorer, friend of the Lyceum, great patriot Gevorg Vardanyan. At a meeting years ago, when the Lyceum students asked him what was the secret of walking on the edge of the abyss and not being afraid, the world-famous explorer replied: "The secret is one: you have to love the motherland."
- Within the framework of the topic "Scientific and technical innovation", the representatives of "Ruski Dom" visit the Lyceum, showing the film "World 2052" to the middle school students. What is cyber-immortality, is it possible to confuse the brain and restore the ability of paralyzed persons to walk? Scientists of the Higher School of Economics of the National Research University talk about this in the film.
- This year, the Mother Language Day was dedicated to the 155th anniversary of Hovhannes Tumanyan. Both students and teachers participated in the literary-musical matinee. Author of the screenplay: Tamar Aleksanyan, directing director: Garik Ghazaryan, artistic director: Khandut Sargsyan.
- A meeting-event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the legendary hero, famous explorer, friend of the Lyceum Gevorg Vardanyan is taking place in the Lyceum, during which the students of the High School once again appreciate the path, life and activities of the hero, as well as his unfailing devotion to the motherland. The guests of the Lyceum are Margarita Petrosyan, the granddaughter of the legendary detectives, their godson Alla Kevorkova, Gohar Vardanyan's niece Anahit Pahlevanyan, the Urumyan family close to the Vardanyan family, comrade-in-arms, General Garegin Mkhitaryan, "The Resident", "Trap", "The Lord of Secrets", "Black Panther 1". " and "Black Panther 2" author Ashot Aghababyan, writer, public speaker, Gurgen Khazhakyan, author of three books about Gevorg Vardanyan.
- 9th grade students (teacher: Shushan Barseghyan) visit the "Aren Mehrabyan" Foundation for professional orientation and educational purposes, where they learn about the aerospace industry. The father of Heros Chemaranak, the founding director Mher Mehrabyan presents the students with the aerospace industry, its diverse directions and its infinite potential.
- On the occasion of the 155th anniversary of the National Armenian poet Hovhannes Tumanyan, the Primary school announces "Tumanyan Week", within the framework of which various events are organized. Junior Lyceum students perform recitations, performances, dances, as well as songs written based on Tumanyan's works.
- As part of the robotics and geography interdisciplinary project, 8th grade students organize a cooperative game "Who wants to be a millionaire?" with Grigor Gurzadyan 163 primary school in Yerevan. Active participants of the game receive a certificate for being recognized as the winner in the "best player" category in the "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" cooperative game.
- Primary school students are dancing. the dance flashmob is dedicated to the memory of Gagik Ginosyan, an honored figure of RA culture, the founder of the traditional song-dance group "Karin" and a participant in the Artsakh war. Choreographer: Aida Hovhannisyan.
- The delegation of Dubna State University is hosted in the Lyceum to discuss the prospects of cooperation in research directions of education. The delegation includes the special representative of the director of the educational policy of the Joint Institute of Nuclear Research, Samvel Harutyunyan, adviser to the rector of Dubna University on international activities, Ilnar Yusupov, the director of the applicant center, as well as Olga Anisimova, the vice-rector for educational and methodological works.

- On the initiative of the teachers of the Department of Natural Sciences and the teachers of the Primary School, a cooperative lesson is organized for the students of the 3rd grade. Junior Lyceum students reflect on the greatest discoveries of mankind, justifying the importance of inventions and the ways to achieve them.
- The 11th Yerevan WSKF Shotokan Karate Open Championship is held within the framework of the extracurricular karate club, in which Henry Gharakhanyan, a student of group 315 of the Primary School of the Lyceum, took part, who won a brilliant victory in a persistent fight, winning a gold medal.Then the WSKF Shotokan Karate Club Championship is held, where the following students from the Junior Lyceum students are registered: Henry Garakhanyan, Eva Momjian - 1st place, Victoria Petrosyan - 2nd place, Armen Ulikhanyan, Mher Kocharyan, Garik Hayrapetyan, Alexander Hovhannisyan, Eric Ghazaryan, Zaven Stepanyan, Meruzhan Rafaelyan: 3rd place.
- International day of the number "π" is an important holiday for all mathematicians, physicists and lovers of exact sciences. According to tradition, the mathematics department of the Lyceum (head: Lida Baklachyan) and middle school students celebrate the day of the number "π".
- CNN has declared this day as Freedom Day. The aim of the annual project MYFREEDOMDAY is to spread the ideology of freedom throughout the world.Students of Shirakatsy Lyceum join the CNN project, presenting their views on the invaluable role of freedom and human rights protection.
- An event dedicated to Alexander Tamanyan, the greatest architect of the 20th century, is being organized at the initiative of the art stream students of the high school. Under the guidance of teacher Zaruhi Parunakyan, they studied Tamanyan's life and patriotic activities, architectural projects.
- The YSU Faculty of Biology faculty members are hosted in the Lyceum on a collaborative visit to introduce the students of natural science and physics streams of high and middle schools to the role and importance of professional orientation, as well as modern directions of science in today's reality.
- The guest of the "Note of Success" program of the Public Radio of Armenia is Garik Ghazaryan, head of the theater studio of the Lyceum, distinguished Lyceum student. - Hrachya Tadevosyan, a student of the Lyceum, wins a gold medal at the European Mixed Martial Arts Championship (IMMAF International Federation) held in Serbia.

- The results of the annual scientific Olympiad of the Association of American Armenian Engineers and Scientists /AESA/ are summarized. Students participating in the Olympiad are: Hamlet Karayan (1st place prize in biology), Varvara Barseghyan, Arpi Badalyan (2nd place prize in physics), Abdin Adeli, Natalie Balayan, Karen Kocharyan, Lilia Chobanyan, Arina Isahakyan (commendations in chemistry), Levon Astvatatrya, Sargis Kazanchyan, Abdin Adeli (honors in physics), the leading teachers are Anna Grigoryan and Vahan Hovhannisyan.
- The closing ceremony of the AMADEE-24 Mars analog mission is taking place in Armash village of Ararat region. Students of the Lyceum under the leadership of Tatevik Nalbandyan and Ani Sirekanyan participate in the event.

- Narek Hakobyan and Gevorg Kesoyan, professors in the Social Sciences Department at the Academy, participate in and win the research grant competition announced by the Armenian National Science and Education Foundation (ANSEF).
- The theme of the scientific-educational program was 'The Presentation of World Wars in Armenian School Textbooks,' and Narek Hakobyan and Gevorg Kesoyan were recognized as the winners.
- 11th-grade student Gevorg Khachatryan participated in the HIPPO International English Olympiad, successfully passing the first two stages. He became the first participant from Armenia to qualify for the world finals, which will be held in Italy in September. Seventh and eighth graders from the Lyceum middle school proudly presented their community projects.
- High school students held a panel discussion on professional orientation with representatives from the student 'Campus' ecosystem.
- As part of Francophonie, lyceum students studying French, accompanied by teachers Armine Gevorgyan, Nelly Khudoyan, and Bella Darbinyan, traveled to the Vayots Dzor region. They visited Primary School No. 2 in Yeghegnadzor, where they toured the school, introduced their cities to each other in French, sang songs by Charles Aznavour, and concluded the day with a quiz game.
- The 4th-grade students of the Primary school are presenting the results of their two-month research to the parents and teaching staff. This year, the research topics included Armenian architecture, particularly church buildings, Armenian song and music, dances, carpet weaving, folk instruments, and Armenian cuisine.
- At the Lyceum, the Department of Natural Sciences, headed by Candidate of Biological Sciences Narine Ksajikyan, is celebrating the 90th anniversary of the birth of Academician Paris Heruni. The guests of the high school students included the scientist's daughter, Nana Heruni; the president of the 'Karahunj Armenian Studies Center,' historian, archaeologist, and orientalist Zahrab Mughdusyan; and Hrachik Hakobjanyan, associate professor at V. Brusov State University, candidate of philological sciences, linguist, and co-founder of the 'Karahunj Armenian Studies Center.
- The Lyceum is hosting Anna Astvatsaturyan-Turcott, an Armenian writer, philanthropist, lawyer, and President of the Westbrook City Council, who is also the initiator of the 'Love Artsakh' program. During her visit, a tour of the educational complex is being organized for her. As part of the 'Love Artsakh' project, the Anna Astvatsaturyan Foundation had prepared beautiful surprise gifts months ago, and this time, she is donating her authored book to the Lyceum library. Anna Astvatsaturyan-Turcott actively promotes the Artsakh issue on international platforms and is the author and supporter of various humanitarian programs.
- As part of the Russian literature curriculum, 11th-grade students (under the guidance of teacher Maria Kamalyan) are participating in a meeting dedicated to the Silver Age of Russian art. The event features invited guests: Armen Arnautov, artist and stage speech teacher at the Yerevan State Russian Drama Theater, as well as a director and producer; Willy Weiner, composer, violinist, musicologist, public figure, Honored Artist of Armenia, and President of the 'Menora' Jewish Cultural Center; and Egina Dulunts, singer and performer of Russian romances, laureate of numerous vocal competitions.
- A joint lesson on Armenian literature is being held at the Lyceum between group 1046 and 10th-grade students from Stepanavan Vahan Tekeyan School No. 6, chaired by Candidate of Philological Sciences Ani Makinyan. The students are discussing the historical novel Samvel, focusing on contemporary issues and exploring ideas for saving the homeland. The lesson is being conducted by Armenian language and literature teacher Anna Chobanyan.
- The Department of Physical Education and Healthy Lifestyle is organizing a campaign in memory of the Lyceum students Eduard Chichyan, Aren Mehrabyan, Tigran Shashikyan and Levon Khurshudyan who died in the 44-day war. The campaign is being held in Dilijan, Tavush region. High school students and family members of the deceased boys are exploring Matosavank and Jukhtak Monastery together.
- Henry Gharakhanyan, a primary school student at the Academy, won 2nd place at the International Sports Karate Federation (I.S.K.F.) Eurasian Championship. Hayk Ghahramanyan, a high school student and four-time Armenian champion, claimed first place in the 80 kg weight category at the Armenian boxing championship.
- The students and teaching staff of the Lyceum bid farewell to the 31st graduating class. The 11th graders transformed the final day into a heartfelt farewell matinee.
- A team of 40 students from Middle school and High school participated in the athletics tournament at QSI International School, achieving numerous victories with a total of 56 medals: 13 gold, 23 silver, and 20 bronze.
- The 'Shirakatsy Days' festival for the 2023-2024 academic year concludes with a ceremony. The Lyceum's structures, departments, and student community showcase the results of their design and research work carried out throughout the year, both in the auditorium and in the pavilions.
- The "Last Bell" ceremony for the 31st graduates of the Lyceum is taking place in the hall of the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex.

- This year, an event titled 'Animals in Our Lives, and Today at the Lyceum' is being organized for the animal-loving community. Participants will present their animals to the guests and the committee, take part in the animal parade, and also summarize the 'I Am the Defender of Animals' interdisciplinary project. On the initiative of the Council of Europe Yerevan Office, the International Day for the Protection of Children is being celebrated at Shirakatsy Lyceum. Around 40 middle and high school students are participating in the event. The director of Shirakatsy Lyceum, Mr. Ashot Alikhanyan, along with the head of the Council of Europe Yerevan Office, Mr. Maxim Longangue, and employees Diana Ghazaryan, Artyom Sedrakyan, and Anna Sahakyan, are present. Through games, video contests, and interactive discussions, the students of Shirakatsy Lyceum deepen their understanding of children’s rights and the activities of the Council of Europe.
- A delegation representing two schools from Kazakhstan is visiting Shirakatsi Seminary to learn about the implementation of International Baccalaureate programs. The delegation includes: Zhandosov Serik, MYP Coordinator at Kemel Bilim School (Aktobe, Kazakhstan); Zhumekin Kairat, Deputy Director of Kemel Bilim School (Aktobe, Kazakhstan); Koshegulov Yeskhat, MYP Coordinator at Aktau International School (Aktau, Kazakhstan); Koshegulova Meruert, PYP Coordinator at Aktau International School (Aktau, Kazakhstan); and Mashenov Talgat, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at Aktau International School (Aktau, Kazakhstan). The three-day visit program includes not only discussions on the implementation and standardization of the International Baccalaureate programs but also topics related to requirements, school management, continuous professional development, collaboration, and the overall experience of creating an educational environment conducive to both learning and teaching.
- The primary school of the Lyceum is hosting its annual two-day charity exhibition and sale. All students of the Lyceum are participating, each presenting one painting.
- Lusine Nersesyan, a 9th-grade student at Lyceum Middle School (under the guidance of teacher Marine Mkrtchyan), won first prize in the drawing competition announced by UNESCO on the theme 'The Day of Light.
- The primary school graduation matinee of the Lyceum takes place in the ceremonial hall. The graduation speeches were centered around the work, revival, struggles, victories, and awakening of the Armenian people throughout history. The theme and essence of the event, including the speeches and dances, were patriotic. The event was conceptualized and directed by Ruzan Mkrtchyan.
- The first session of the Model UN Assembly is taking place at the Lyceum, with the theme 'Europe and the Middle East: Focusing on the Global Challenge of Refugee Crises.' Delegates are discussing global issues and their implications, presenting their countries' perspectives on the topic.
- The first charity dinner of the 'Artsakh Shirakatsy Lyceum' Charity Foundation is being organized at the 'Megerian Carpet' Museum to support the continued education of approximately 150 Lyceum students forcibly displaced from Artsakh. The event also aims to ensure their further studies at the reopened scientific and educational complex of the same name.
- A fourth-class chess qualification tournament is being held at the primary school of the Lyceum. The tournament features participants from both junior and middle school seminarians, along with 27 competitors from various schools and sports academies. The tournament is played using the Swiss system, consisting of eight rounds. After a persistent and intense competition, seminarians Hrant Sargsyan and Aren Papazian are awarded the fourth sports category.
- The Republican competition for school aeromodelers of indoor flying 'Gertetev' models is taking place in the sports hall of Yerevan State University. The school team emerges victorious, with the following participants taking first place: Gyurjyan Anahit, Zakaryan Hayk, and Jlavyan Valeri.
- At the suggestion of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Higher Education, teachers from the natural science and social science departments of the Լyceum—Narine Ksajikyan (PhD), Anush Danielyan, Mariam Tovmasyan, and Tehmine Tonoyan—are conducting ICT training for teachers in the Armavir region to enhance their experimental skills and capabilities.

- The teaching and service staff of the Lyceum are enjoying a retreat at the Park Resort Aghveran Hotel.
- The students of the Shirakatsy Lyceum's pantomime studio participated in the 'Batumi XXXI' International Festival in Georgia, where they received diplomas. The head of the pantomime studio is Ilona Hovasapyan.
- Nelli Khudoyan, a French teacher at the Lyceum, is participating in the pilot project 'Promoting the French Language in Armenia' under the BELC program in Bordeaux, France, which is implemented under the auspices of the French Ministry of Education. France Education International (FEI) is offering courses totaling 225 hours. Following a remote selection process, Nelli Khudoyan was selected to participate in this French language training.
- On the occasion of the opening of the new computer classroom, Shirakatsy Lyceum hosts Bagrat Yengibaryan, Director of the 'Enterprise Incubator Foundation,' which sponsored the renovation and the provision of powerful computers for the classroom.

Shirakatsy Lyceum Middle School Program Coordinator and Russian language teacher, Candidate of Philological Sciences Elina Shakaryan, along with English language teacher and individual project coordinator Emma Revazyan, are departing for a three-day visit to Aqtau International School in Aktau, Kazakhstan. During their visit, they shared insights on modern teaching approaches and present the Lyceum's work experience to their Kazakh colleagues.
Students from various age groups at Shirakatsy Lyceum participated in the Universe Art international competition festival in the painting category. Their works are being exhibited at the Union of Artists of the Republic of Armenia. The 1st-class laureates are Grigoryan Seyran, Khachatryan Mariam, Mirzoyan Yuri, Mkrtchyan Ani, and Nalbandyan Allan. The 2nd-class laureates are Amirjanyan Luiza, Gyurjyan Anahit, Dolukhanyan Ruzanna, Tumasyan Alen, Khachatryan Maria, Petrosyan Ruben, Jlavyan Valeri, Sargsyan Ani, Vardanyan Mane, Verdyan Vahe, and Shahoyan Ani. The 3rd-class laureates are Mahtesyan Natela, Shahnazaryan Vladimir, and Sargsyan Arthur. Fine arts teachers include Ani Stepanyan, Isabella Manukyan, Araksya Ananyan, and Sose Ananyan. -

- The entire Lyceum community is celebrating the Day of Knowledge with a solemn ceremony. The founding director of the Lyceum, Ashot Alikhanyan, delivers a congratulatory message to the students, teaching staff, and parents.
- To mark Artsakh Independence Day, the high school students of the Lyceum are organizing a 'Quest' game. At the end of the game, they will create an image of the Grandpa and Grandma statue, the symbol of Artsakh, using their fingerprints.
- The Chess Club at Shirakatsy Lyceum continues its activities with the goal of promoting the sport. It serves as the foundation for creating and maintaining a vibrant chess culture and new traditions at the Lyceum.
- On the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia, students and graduates of Lyceum High School are organizing a hiking trip – a pilgrimage to the Spitakavor Monastery, the burial site of Garegin Nzhdeh.
- The 33rd anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia is being celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Lyceum. The Department of Physical Education and Healthy Lifestyle (headed by Gohar Hovhannisyan) is organizing a running competition titled 'INDEPENDENCE IS US.' Students from the high, middle, and primary schools are hosting events, meetings, and discussions in various formats, during which the importance of statehood in preserving Armenian identity is once again emphasized and valued.
- Lyceum students Aksel Hakobyan and Gevorg Khachatryan are participating in the international stage of the English Without Borders Olympiad in Italy. Among 20 participants from various countries around the world, our students secured 7th and 8th places.
- David Sargsyan, a student of Shirakatsy Lyceum, participated in the Gokor Chivichyan open Grappling Championship and earned an honorable first place.
- For his significant contribution and active involvement in the field of education, Ashot Hrant Alikhanyan, the director of the 'Shirakatsy Lyceum' International Scientific and Educational Complex, was recently awarded a medal by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.
- Within the framework of the extracurricular aviation modeling club, the 'Free Flying Models' Republican Aviation Modeling Competition was held in Arzni, where Lyceum students Hayk Madoyan and Anahit Gyurjyan secured 1st place. This marks the third consecutive year that Hayk and Anahit have participated in the competition, consistently achieving honorable positions.

- Representatives from Shirakatsy Lyceum at Khachatur Abovyan Armenian State Pedagogical University are participating in the VIII Congress of Teachers and Education Workers from CIS Member States. The theme of the Congress is “Education in a Changing World: The Impact of Global Realities on the Development of Education in the CIS Member States.” The Congress aims to foster cooperation among representatives of educational systems from CIS countries. At the Congress, the Lyceum is represented by the director of the primary school, Gayane Grigoryan; the high school National Program coordinator, Anahit Gharaghazaryan; the middle school program coordinator, Elina Shakaryan; the primary school program coordinator, Marina Sahakyan; and 12th grade student, Sona Sargsyan.

- Luse Grigoryan, a high school student at the Lyceum, is participating in the 20th International Russian Language Olympiad and has advanced to the final round. She will represent Armenia in Moscow.
- The International Baccalaureate World Conference is being held in Budapest. Attending from Shirakatsy Lyceum are the founding director Ashot Alikhanyan, the high school director, the deputy director for educational and methodological issues, Diploma Program Coordinator Anna Stepanyan, and Primary School Program Coordinator Marina Sahakyan.
- Narek Galstyan, a 2024 graduate of Shirakatsy Lyceum who is currently studying at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYU Abu Dhabi), is visiting the Lyceum to introduce the Common App system and share his university life experience with his friends.
- The 14th session of the SHIP Parliament is being held at Shirakatsy Lyceum. Over the course of three days, engaging activities and constructive discussions bring students together to reshape and enhance the campus environment. Inspired by the European Youth Parliament (EYP) model, SHIP is a unique, student-centered platform that allows students to address campus issues and propose practical solutions, thereby strengthening our community.
- The Lyceum is offering the "Healthy Lifestyle" course, a training program for specialists teaching grades 6, 8, and 10. The program is being conducted by Meline Hovhannisyan, a biology teacher at the Lyceum, at the request of the KZNAK Foundation.
- Shirakatsy Lyceum is hosting first-year students of the Translation Department of Valery Bryusov State University for the purpose of exchanging interdisciplinary research experience.
- The next session of the Shirakatsy Lyceum Parents' Club is being held at the "Salt Cave" in Mega Mall, focusing on the topic "How to Recognize When Parental Fears Are Interfering with Us and the Child." - Luse Grigoryan, a student from the Lyceum, became a laureate in the "For Love of Russian Culture" category at the 20th International Russian Language Olympiad in Moscow, which was dedicated to the 225th anniversary of Alexander Pushkin's birth.
- Volunteers from the Rossotrudnichestvo “Mission Good” international program, clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral therapist Anastasia Yegorova, and clinical medical psychologist, higher education psychologist, and candidate of pedagogical sciences Natalya Mayorova, are conducting a training course for the Lyceum’s teachers and educators on "Organizing Educational Work for Children with Special Educational Needs."
- As part of Media Literacy Week, the Lyceum is hosting a meeting with representatives from the "Media Initiatives Center." They will discuss artificial intelligence, its mechanisms and tools, as well as internet usage guidelines and methods for avoiding potential dangers. Media literacy trainer: Arminas Varanauskas.
- Stella Sahakyan, a student in group 783 at Lyceum Middle School, translated the book The Online Zoo from German into Armenian, and it is being presented during Media Literacy Week.
- The 11th-grade football team (National Programme and Diploma Programme) of Lyceum High School competed against the High school football team from QSI International School, with Lyceum students winning 8–2.
- The Al Ghubra Indian School in Oman is hosting the annual conference of the international network of Round Square Schools. The delegation from the "Shirakatsy Lyceum" International Scientific and Educational Complex, led by the director, Ashot Alikhanyan, and the coordinator for international affairs and RS representative, Marine Kocharyan, is participating in this important event.
- Thirty-one students from the Lyceum participated in the cross-country race (1km, 2km, 3km) organized by QSI School. The Lyceum won 1st place in the team competition, earning a cup along with 3 gold, 4 silver, and 5 bronze medals.
- The Lyceum is celebrating International Science Day. Guest experts from the Matenadaran are sharing insights with high school students about the restoration and preservation of manuscripts.
- The Lyceum is hosting an online intercultural meeting with students from a school in Uruguay. During the meeting, the students are exploring the cultures and histories of the capitals of the two countries, Yerevan and Montevideo, and comparing their similarities and differences. As a result, the students gained new knowledge, made new acquaintances, and developed a deeper appreciation for cultural diversity.
- The first online meeting between 5th graders from the Armenian middle school and Chinese students is taking place. During the meeting, students from both sides were well-prepared, presenting a slideshow about their country, capital, national cuisine, and school, followed by a question-and-answer session.
- A matinee dedicated to the memory of the great Komitas is taking place at the high school, showcasing his invaluable legacy. The guest of honor, Komitas scholar Artur Shahnazaryan, inspires the students by reminding them of the roots of our cultural identity. The event concludes with a joint performance of Komitas' famous song.

- Students from Shirakatsy Academy’s Author and Diploma programs are participating in the debate competition held at CIS Armenia. Anahit Manucharyan, a 10th-grade student of the academy, was recognized as the best speaker of the competition. They were prepared and accompanied by English teachers Sarin Svajyan and Sona Tonoyan for the debate.

Shirakatsy Lyceum is participating in the New Year's charity fair organized by the "International Union of Women" at the Yerevan Marriott Hotel. The Lyceum students showcase their talents by presenting handmade works, with all proceeds being donated to IWAY for the renovation of schools and kindergartens in border villages.
