• A commemorative tournament dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the world chess champion Tigran Petrosyan is being held in the Primary school (organizers: Geghkhorhurd, chess teacher Nelly Pilosyan).
• At the invitation of high school students, Tatevik Revazyan, the chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee, visits the Lyceum, who tells about his path, the important principles of overcoming challenges and not giving up, and advises; "Never be afraid to take the first step, never be disappointed and always follow your dream."
• The Lyceum hosts representatives of the International School of Dilijan.
• Armen Chilingaryan, coordinator of Disaster Risk Reduction programs of the United Nations Development Fund, conducts a special class for high school students. The class was dedicated in 1988. On the anniversary of the Spitak earthquake.
• At the initiative of the Lyceum development fund, students, graduates, teachers meet with Gor Hayrapetyan, a 2004 graduate, biophysicist, data processing expert.
• Middle school students host Gevorg Hayrapetyan, head of the personal data protection agency of the RA Ministry of Health, who presents the students with the main issues related to the protection of personal data, the requirements and the correct "hygiene" rules and necessary steps for using personal data.
• High school students host the famous journalist Mark Grigoryan.
• In the National Children's Library named after Khnko Apor, the final award ceremony of the competition of children's writers and illustrators takes place, during which Anna Aslanyan, a teacher of the Primary school of Shirakatsy Lyceum, won the honor of the RA President's wife for her interactive fairy tale "Gagik fell into the arms of her dreams" (she played the hero in the role of the eldest son). Nune Sargsyan's special award and receives a computer as a gift. The First Lady also invites our teacher to conduct master classes for children's authors and teachers.
• The series of events dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Great Patriotic War is starting in the Lyceum, which will be concluded on May 9, 2020. The opening day is marked by a combined history and literature class (teachers: Hayk Balasanyan, Ruzanna Voskanyan), opening of the "My Hero" memorial wall in the lobby of the middle school, English and Russian classes with translations of poems and prose works.
• High school students meet with the dean of the IT faculty of the Moscow Polytechnic Institute.
• The theater studio of the Lyceum (director: Garik Ghazaryan) presents the performance of Hovh. Tumanyan's fairy tale "Anban Hurin" dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the All-Armenian poet.
• Middle school groups 826 and last year's 905 groups visit the National Autism Center as part of the "Become a New Year's Magician, Give a Smile..." charity program. With the proceeds from the charity sale and contributions from parents, the Sans bought stationery and candy for the children at the center. A personalized New Year's gift bag was prepared for each. The students of the Lyceum also perform a small concert program.
• Students of Yerevan Boarding School for Hearing Impaired Children present themselves with a report concert and an exhibition of handicrafts and paintings in the auditorium of the Lyceum. This is one of the expressions of the Lyceum's cooperation with this school.
• The guests of the morning program of ATV TV are the students of Shirakatsy Lyceum; Ani Saghatelyan (4th grade), Elen Tadevosyan (9th grade), Mari Khudaverdyan (9th grade), Zaruhi Sahakyan (11th grade), which tell about the community and charity projects carried out by Lyceum students.
• At the Yerevan Tchaikovsky Music School, the fifth grade student (group 555) of the Shirakatsy Lyceum, Alex Gevorgyan, the winner of the "Mozart" international competition-festival, will give a concert.
• In Hovhannes Tumanyan's House-Museum, the "Tumanyan Autumn" project, which was launched in April, is summarized, in which the students of the Lyceum's middle school also participate. As a result of the award ceremony, student Natali Minasyan of group 914 won the 1st place in the category "Interesting thinker" for her work "Diary in Tumanyan's house", and Polina Tonoyan of group 822 won the 3rd place in the category "Interesting tour guide" for conducting an excursion in Tumanyan's museum in English.
• Parental Theater presents a New Year's gift to junior schoolchildren. A performance dedicated to the New Year is taking place in the Lyceum hall.
• The actors are the parents of the Lyceum, the author and director of the play is Ruzanna Mkrtchyan, the head of the artistic part of the Primary school, the stage design was carried out by the fine arts teacher Anush Avetisyan, the choreography of the dances by Aida Hovhannisyan.
• The guests of the "Good Morning" program of the "Armenia" TV program are the student council members of Shirakatsy Lyceum Middle School; Elen Tadevosyan, Mari Khudaverdyan, Boris Petrosyan, Elen Grigoryan. They tell about the charity initiative "Become a magician, give a smile" implemented by the students.
• Middle school 823, 824, 826 visit Abovyan's "Narek" nursing home as part of the "Become a New Year's magician, give a smile..." charity program. With the proceeds from the charity sale and contributions from parents, they bought warm shawls, slippers, socks, bedding (linen) and sweets for the elderly and prepared a personalized Christmas gift bag for each of them. The students of the Lyceum also make the elderly happy with their songs and dances.
